Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (L1) who will provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and system issues. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and standard applications. Manage user accounts and permissions through

Active Directory

. Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity). Handling incidents via

ticketing tools

and ensuring timely resolution. Perform preventive maintenance and regular system updates. Support video conferencing tools and IT equipment setup. Escalate unresolved issues to L2 / Senior Engineers. Asset management (hardware & software tracking). Provide remote support to users when required.
