\xc2\xb7 Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software \xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting issues with an organization\xe2\x80\x99s local area network (LAN) and other network segments, CCTV Camera etc.. \xc2\xb7 Technical skills related to Desktop & Laptops, Antivirus installation, Software Installation and Basic Networking skills. \xc2\xb7 Planning and executing hardware and software upgrades. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring backups. CANDIDATE\'S PROFILE -: General Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 To support daily technical support activities for desktop, data, and server management. \xc2\xb7 Test, install and set up application programs on user workstations. \xc2\xb7 Perform remote troubleshooting of branches, if needed. \xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting networking and connection issues. \xc2\xb7 Advising on software or hardware upgrades \xc2\xb7 Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues. \xc2\xb7 Monitor the performance of the company\'s desktop infrastructure and make suggestions for improving efficiency. \xc2\xb7 Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future hardware and organizational hardware needs Qualification -: Master in Computer Application WORK EXPERIENCE
