Diagnosing and resolving hardware , peripherals and OS and application software problems on desktops, laptops, and related devices.
Setting up new computers, installing and configuring operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
Performing regular maintenance on computers, including hardware upgrades, software updates, and antivirus installations.
Providing technical assistance to users remotely through various communication channels.
Assisting with network connectivity issues, such as internet access and printer connectivity.
Strong understanding of computer hardware and software, operating systems (Windows), networking, and common applications
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Ability to provide helpful and courteous support to users.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
