Technical Support

Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, thin clients, tablets, and mobile devices. Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues for warehouse staff and supervisors. Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, MS Office, and enterprise applications. Support and maintain RF scanners, handheld terminals (HHT), barcode printers, and label printing systems (Zebra, Honeywell, etc.). Manage user accounts, password resets, and access control via Active Directory / Azure AD. Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching of warehouse PCs and devices. Support network connectivity for devices across warehouse zones (receiving, picking, packing, shipping). Monitor performance of devices used in scanning, picking, and dispatch processes. Ensure printer availability and label print quality for inbound/outbound logistics. Basic troubleshooting of LAN/Wi-Fi issues across warehouse floors. Coordinate with network administrators for AP placement, signal issues, and network upgrades. Assist in maintaining UPS systems, CCTV, and access control hardware (if applicable).

Required Skills

Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field. 2-5 years of desktop support experience (preferably in warehouse/supply chain/logistics environments). Strong understanding of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and network fundamentals. Familiarity with RF/Barcode scanners, thermal printers, and mobile device management (MDM). Basic understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi connectivity, and LAN troubleshooting. Good communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced warehouse operations. Warehouse-floor based role; may require standing/walking for extended periods. Ability to work shifts, weekends, or on-call support as required by logistics operations.
