Experience - 0 to 1 years.

Scope of Work
? Desktop Support.
? Printers & Peripherals Support.
? Support on Desktop operating Microsoft platform & MS office Applications.
? Basic LAN (Local Area Network) Support (e.g., System not logging onto the network etc.)

Desktop Support:
? Unlimited Corrective hardware maintenance on demand.
? Fault finding & troubleshooting & rectifying any hardware related problem.
? Installation of new hardware & restoring the machine.
? Installation of Microsoft Desktop operating system & MS office,
? Mail configuration in MS Outlook, Windows Live mail, Office 365 at client end and on mobile
? Antivirus installation & patch update at the client end.
? Broadband and Wireless Router Configuration & troubleshooting

Printer & Peripherals Support:
? Fault finding & troubleshooting & rectifying the problem related to printers.

LAN (Local Area Network) Support:
? Resolving the networking related problems, like connectivity problems, patch cord problems,

Network configuration problem and Network IP conflicts etc.
? Reconfiguration of network setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
