Support to end users to resolve their IT related issues.
installations of operating system win10 / 11, System configuration support.
Troubleshooting OS, Hardware and standard applications issues.
Co-ordination with various support teams and Vendors to resolve the issue.
Follow up and coordination with OEM vendors for Hardware cases.
contributing in enhancing the user experience by understanding the business critical environment for the users.
Configuration of IT Assets.
Field incoming tickets from end users to resolve IT related issues.
Perform L1 desk-side support desktop/laptop and related devices
Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.
Identify and learn appropriate software applications used and supported by the organization.
Configuration of Print devices (network and local)
L1 Network support.
Hands and legs support to server and Network support team.
Update the patches for desktops from company portal - win10 /11.
Ensure the entire Desktop (Including standalone PCs) shall be updated with the Latest Security Patches. Raise timely alert and take immediate action to mitigate any virus outbreak.
Load/reload standard build operating system & configurations.
Preventive Maintenance & activities.
hardware related issues requiring warranty replacement and support.
Receiving enquiries, incident reports, complaints on various components of IT Support environment.
Able to provide Desk-side Support for various Desktop related issues like install/uninstall software, drivers, printers, proxy/email settings, etc.
Maintaining IT inventory and ordering new hardware based on approvals.
