- Desktop Support
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with systems, applications, peripherals, and network connectivity (L1 support).
Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, and related equipment.
Respond to user queries via helpdesk tickets, phone, email, or walk-ins in a timely and professional manner.
Log and track all support activities in the organization's ticketing system.
Assist with user account setup, email configuration, and software installations.
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 or relevant technical teams.
Maintain an accurate record of IT assets (hardware and software).
Support A/V equipment for meetings and video conferencing.
Adhere to company policies and procedures for security and data protection.
