? Experience in EDP operations, Desktop Support, and IT support

? Exposure to IT Management activities is an added advantage

Jobs & Description

? Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, peripherals as required(Hardware / Software)

? Manage operating system deployments, upgrades, and patches.

? Troubleshoot network connectivity, printing, and application issues.

? Maintain and support Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and permissions.

? Ensure endpoint security through antivirus, encryption, and compliance policies.

? Collaborate with service desk, network, and security teams on IT initiatives

? Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

? ERP handling and day-to-day ERP support

? System installation, configuration, and maintenance

? Data backup and basic security practices
