A
Desktop Engineer
is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting desktop systems and end-user devices.Key responsibilities include:
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of
desktops, laptops, and peripherals
. Providingon-site and remote support
for hardware and software issues. TroubleshootingOS errors, drivers, and application issues
. Managingprinters, scanners, and other IT equipment
. Installing and updatingantivirus, patches, and system software
. EnsuringLAN/Wi-Fi connectivity
and assisting in basic network troubleshooting. Keeping dailyservice reports and asset records
updated.Qualification & Skills:
Diploma / Degree in
Computer Science, IT, or Electronics
. Good knowledge ofWindows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
. Strongproblem-solving and customer service
skills. Certifications likeMCSE, CompTIA A+, or CCNA
are a plus.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
