Job Description

User Support:

Respond to user tickets via phone, email, or chat for hardware/software problems.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve issues with operating systems, applications (MS Office, antivirus), peripherals, and network connectivity.

Installation & Configuration:

Set up new computers, install software, configure peripherals, and manage user accounts/permissions.

System Maintenance:

Perform routine updates, patches, backups, and preventative maintenance on systems.

Documentation:

Create and update technical documentation, manuals, and maintain detailed logs of issues and resolutions.

Training:

Guide users through new software, applications, and basic IT procedures.

Escalation:

Direct complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support.

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹42,232.01 per month
