Job Description

Details:

  • MAC system support experience
  • Provide onsite deskside support to local and remotes sites in Shenzhen.
  • Travel is required when necessary.
  • Support computing hardware and desktop software.
  • Support Printer & Peripherals, Desk phone and Mobile phone.
  • Support Video Conference room and Show room as level 1. Standby service is required when necessary.
  • Provide Event Support according to business requirements.
  • PC re-imaging for PC Refresh or computing problems when required.
  • Restoration and migration of user data
  • IMAC Support IT equipment Install/Move/Add/Change
  • Assistance of PC Assets management with Assets team together.
  • Provide Smart Hands as required to assist other support groups including but not limited to networking, server and telecommunication teams.
  • Track and resolve customer incidents and requests in ServiceNow.
  • Train and mentor less-experienced team members
  • Provide End User IT training
  • VIP Support experience preferred but not mandatory
Job Requirements

Details:
  • Good English in reading, writing and speaking
  • Solid foundation of end user computing experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting capability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of Service Management process
  • Good time management skills to prioritize workload
  • Good service experience in a corporate environment
  • Ability to determine the solution & root cause of issue
  • Ability to learn new technologies
