Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ELIGIBLE CANDIDATE:-

(1) Bachelors degree in Computer Science (BCA) from a recognised University (Direct course) with Software Engineering, Business Associate qualification or a related field and certification in H+, HN+. MCSE or CCNE.

(2) B.E degree holders are eligible with above mentioned competencies.

The Desktop Associate is responsible for providing first level technical support and also responsible for the installation within the Hospital departments as and when required which include Configuration, Maintenance and reliable operation of Computer systems and servers. The said role involves ensuring that system hardware , OS, Software applications and related procedures adhere to organizational standards. The Desktop associate will work closely with IT Team to deliver high quality service and support end users.
