Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

2024 pass-outs or 2025 graduating batch from B.Tech (Any Stream, Biomedical preferred), B.Pharma, or M.Pharma.

Academic Performance:

Minimum of 60% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.

Skills Required:

Analytical and Problem-Solving Mindset Strong Interpersonal Skills Excellent Communication Skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development:

Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Human Anatomy and its relevance to the industry.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and submit data reports in a predefined format periodically.

Sales Efforts:

Build sustainable business relationships and actively contribute to driving sales revenue.

Operational Support:

Manage day-to-day activities to achieve organizational goals.

Selection Process:

Profile Shortlisting

- Initial screening based on eligibility and skillset.

Online Assessment

- Evaluation of analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Interview

- Interaction to assess technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.

Final Selection
