Job Description

1. HVAC Draughtsman (Design) and Engineer- MINIMUM 3 TO 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE

:

Create detailed technical HVAC drawings and plans using CAD software (including VRV, VRF, DX, AHU, and Chiller systems).

Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements.

Translate concepts and ideas into accurate 2D drawings where required.

Prepare schematics, layouts, and diagrams for projects.

Develop sections and elevation drawings.

Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members.

Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.

Assist in developing design specifications and preparing documentation such as heat load calculations, Design Basis Report, BOQ, and estimates.

Coordinate with other drafters and designers to maintain consistency across project deliverables.

Education:

B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

3. Plumbing & Firefighting Draughtsman (Design) /Engineer Experience: 3 - 6 Years

Create detailed technical Plumbing & Firefighting drawings and plans using CAD software (Internal & External Design)- .

Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements.

Translate concepts and ideas into accurate 2D drawings where required.

Prepare schematics, layouts, and diagrams for projects.

Develop sections and elevation drawings.

Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members.

Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.

Assist in developing design specifications and preparing documentation such as load calculations, Design Basis Report, BOQ, and estimates.

Coordinate with other drafters and designers to maintain consistency across project deliverables.

Education:

B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

4. MEP PROJECT ENGINEER/SUPERVISOR- EXPERIENCE 2 TO 4 YEARS

Planning, Execution Site Co- ordination and commissioning of MEP System

1 Finalization of MEP design from conceptual stage to execution stage in consultation of with MEP Consultant

2 Finalization of all services tender documents including specification, Tender drawings, Bill of quantities

Approved vendor list. Estimate Etc.

3 Preparation of Budget from conceptual stage to final stage and tracking for same.

4 Finalization of tender stage and support to contracts department.

5 Review of material submittals/ Specifications.

7 Conduct meetings with MEP consultants, Contractors to monitor progress of work.

8. Monitoring of installation, Testing and Commissioning MEP Services and Equipment's as per Tech. specs.

9 Keep track of manpower and material availability.

10 Carry out measurements, Maintaince Documents for servicing as well Maintaince management.

11 Guide a team of project Engineers for site work and related issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
