Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Designing Merchandiser to join our team at A L Paper House. As a Designing Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating innovative and appealing designs for our handmade paper and paper products. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We are looking for a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a Designing Merchandiser or similar role.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience in 3D modeling and prototyping.
• Ability to create illustrations and artwork.
• Knowledge of art and craft techniques.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

• Develop creative and innovative designs for our handmade paper and paper products, including packaging, stationery, cards, and other merchandise.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that the designs are feasible for production and meet the quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into our products.
• Create and maintain a library of design assets, including graphics, illustrations, and patterns.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and create designs that cater to their needs.
• Conduct market research to identify new design opportunities and suggest product improvements.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for sourcing materials and components.
• Ensure that all designs align with the company\'s brand guidelines and aesthetic.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including catalogs, brochures, and advertisements.
