We are Hiring a Designing & Development Engineer

Location: Rajasthan(Jaipur & Reengus)

Experience: 4+ Years in Foundry Industry

Qualification: B.Tech(ME)

Interview Mode: Face to Face

Salary: up to 6LPA

Industry: Auto parts manufacturer

Software Knowledge: Creo (Pro E), CATIA, SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

New Product Development (PPAP & APQP) Core tools, ISIR, PFD, Core & Moulding process, CNC Machining GOM, CMM, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 5\'S, Why-Why analysis, 7 QC tools. MS - Office, Internet, Auto CAD, Solid works, NX, Magma

Preparing APQP & PPAP documents.

Ballooning the new part Drawing and Tech Review as per that.

Follow up of New Development Parts.

Taking Shop floor trials of new products as well as improvement projects.

Involved in New product Core making & mould making process.

Validation of initial sample.

Responsible for machine shop targeting of new parts.

Attending the initial stage development issue at in-house as well as customer end.

CMM, GOM & MTC report validation as per spec.

Layout inspection (Marking) and cut Section analysis as per 2D drawing.

Preparing all new Products as well as new tooling validation ISIR reports as per customer requirements.

Preparation of SOS, PFD & JES of new products.

Rejection Analysis & Data Monitoring

Rejection Reduction Through Magma Analysis.

Defect Monitoring through Cartography.

Conducting customer Audits for process validation.

Statistical process control Analysis.

Measurement System Analysis

Well-known about machining operation

Basic knowledge of IATF 16949.

Basic Knowledge of 3D modelling.

Basic knowledge of Magma Simulation.

Knowledge about Problem Solving Methodology (APS & BPS)
