Job Description

1. Image Editing and Retouching

Edit, retouch, and enhance photos for marketing materials, websites, and social media. Remove imperfections, adjust lighting, and correct color balance to achieve high-quality visuals.

2. Graphic Design Creation

Design banners, posters, brochures, and digital ads using Adobe Photoshop and related tools. Create visually appealing layouts that align with brand guidelines.

3. Social Media and Web Graphics

Design engaging creatives for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Optimize images for web and mobile display.

4. Collaboration with Creative Teams

Work closely with marketing, content, and web teams to develop design concepts. Understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions on time.

5. Brand Consistency

Maintain and follow brand color schemes, fonts, and visual styles across all materials. Ensure all images reflect the company's tone and identity.

6. File Management

Organize and maintain design assets, layers, and project files for easy access and updates. Export files in appropriate formats for print and digital platforms.

7. Creativity and Innovation

Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques. Suggest new ideas and creative improvements to enhance visual communication.
