Roles & Responsibilities:

Design seasonal children's garment collections as per buyer requirements.

Develop sketches, CADs, mood boards & tech packs for production.

Coordinate with merchandising & sampling teams for timely product development.

Research and select fabrics, trims, and ensure compliance with export quality standards.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Fashion / Apparel Design.

2-5 years of experience in the garments industry (children's wear)

. Fresher's can also apply.

Strong knowledge of fabric selection, garment construction, and CAD software (Photoshop/Illustrator/CorelDRAW).

Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

What We Offer:

Salary : 25,000- 35,000 per month (based on experience & skills).

Hands-on exposure to end-to-end garment development.
