DESCRIPTION


Amazon Music seeks a talented Art Director to drive design excellence and deliver high-quality creative solutions. This role focuses on executing creative initiatives while ensuring consistent brand experiences across Amazon Music India's platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on design capabilities with project coordination skills.



Key job responsibilities

Creative Execution o Create and maintain high-quality design solutions adhering to brand guidelines for Amazon Music India o Ensure visual consistency across multiple projects and platforms o Support implementation of design systems and visual frameworks o Quality check deliverables o Execute projects & timely delivery

Project Management o Coordinate with Marketing, Curation, and Product teams o Manage multiple project timelines and deliverables o Support process optimization and workflow improvements o Collaborate with global design teams
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or related field o 3+ years of experience o Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile design skills o Experience working with global brands and cross-functional teams o Excellent written and verbal english communication skills Technical Proficiency: Must Have: o Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) o Figma or similar UI/UX tools o Understanding of Project management tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Nice to have: Illustration skills
