Position Overview


We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer (UI/UX) who can blend aesthetics with usability. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, understand brand consistency, and be capable of creating engaging user interfaces and visual assets for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
Responsibilities:


Conceptualize and execute creative design ideas in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Translate client requirements into structured design workflows, wireframes, and visual layouts. Test and enhance website and application designs for usability, responsiveness, and performance. Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices across projects. Ensure brand consistency and high-quality visual presentation in all deliverables. Design visual imagery, icons, and layouts aligned with client or internal branding. Work with content management systems (CMS) to implement design assets. Communicate design ideas through user flows, site maps, and mockups. Create and present sample pages, color schemes, and typography options. Collaborate with developers to integrate UI/UX solutions seamlessly. Handle multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines. Requirements:


The ideal candidate should hold a degree in

Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field

from a recognized institution, with a

minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.

Other key requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX or Graphic Design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI tools is a plus. Strong understanding of layout principles, color theory, and typography. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong time-management and problem-solving skills. A good team player & an individual contributor
