The Role
As a designer at WSA, you will be building the experience of our next generation
audiological cross-platforms applications and solutions, creating both disruptive
concepts and essential incremental changes. You will work closely with our cross-
functional development teams with Software Developers, Testers, and Audiologists.
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
? Overlooking and coaching fellow UX team members (for senior level)
? Understanding user needs together with Business Owners and Product
Managers
? Driving solution discovery to bring smart feature decisions and clean user
flows to our digital solutions
? Creating mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes to enable user testing
? Contributing to our Enterprise Design Systems
? Delivering thought-through final design solutions
? Working strategically to raise the UX maturity of the wider team (for senior
level)
About you
We expect you to be a user-centered designer with an eye for strong visuals and
smart user journeys. You are a team player, who actively seeks design feedback and
engages in constructive discussions with colleagues. Creativity, attention to detail,
and a collaborative attitude are part of your skills.
? Higher education in UI/UX Design, Human Factors, Service Design, or a
similar field
? 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer (+5 for senior level)
? Knowledge of best practices for web and mobile interface design
? Full UX toolbox with knowledge of wireframing, prototyping and user testing
? Knowledge and practical appliction of Universal Design and accessibility
standards
? The ability to proactively solicit feedback from team members to continually
raise our standards and foster a system of transparent and collaborative
design practices
? Very good experience with UI design tools (Figma specifically)
? Hands on experience with design systems (strategy, contribution and
maintenance)
? Advanced skills in graphic design (iconography, illustrations, motion and 3D
design)
? A portfolio showcasing UI/UX digital product and service design
? Experience with usability management and med tech companies
(understanding of processes and documentation requirements) is a big
advantage because many of our solutions are medical products
? The corporate language is English, so you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
