The Role
As a designer at WSA, you will be building the experience of our next generation audiological cross-platforms applications and solutions, creating both disruptive concepts and essential incremental changes. You will work closely with our cross-functional development teams with Software Developers, Testers, and Audiologists.
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
Overlooking and coaching fellow UX team members (for senior level)
Understanding user needs together with Business Owners and Product
Managers
Driving solution discovery to bring smart feature decisions and clean user
flows to our digital solutions
Creating mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes to enable user testing
Contributing to our Enterprise Design Systems
Delivering thought-through final design solutions
Working strategically to raise the UX maturity of the wider team (for senior
level)

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
