We're looking for a passionate and fast-moving Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Shankar IAS Academy. If you love turning ideas into visually engaging content that connects with learners and drives engagement, this role is for you. You'll work on everything from digital ad creatives to social media visuals -- contributing ideas that shape our brand's communication across platforms.
Responsibilities
Design engaging social media posts, ad creatives, banners, posters, and other marketing materials
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams on campaign ideation and visual storytelling
Adapt designs for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, print, etc.)
Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all creative assets
Assist in scheduling or posting content on social media, when needed
Stay updated on design trends and apply fresh ideas to our campaigns
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience (internship or professional) in graphic design
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
Strong visual sense, typography knowledge, and attention to detail
Basic understanding of social media formats and scheduling tools
Motion graphics or video editing skills are an added advantage
Ability to work fast, flexible, and collaboratively in a team
