Manage and grow brand presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.).
Plan and schedule posts, reels, and stories aligned with marketing campaigns.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to improve reach.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community.
Track analytics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
Digital Marketing
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, PPC, influencer collaborations).
Run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Optimize campaigns for ROI and lead generation.
Conduct keyword research, website traffic analysis, and competitor research.
Support in driving online sales, brand awareness, and lead conversion.
Designing
Create visually appealing creatives, banners, posters, infographics, and ad designs.
Design engaging social media graphics, event promotions, and marketing materials.
Edit videos/reels for social media.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline materials.
Work closely with marketing team to translate ideas into creative outputs.
Must know the tools like
Photoshop
and
CorelDRAW
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, MultiMedia or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in social media handling, digital marketing, or designing.
Strong portfolio of past campaigns and creative work.
