Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Creating innovative furniture concepts and designs, from initial sketches to detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software.

Material Selection:

Researching and selecting appropriate materials based on durability, cost, aesthetics, and production feasibility.

Prototyping and Testing:

Building prototypes, conducting user testing, and refining designs based on feedback and technical constraints.

Collaboration:

Working closely with engineers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible, functional, and meet quality standards.

Production Oversight:

Overseeing the production process from concept to completion, ensuring designs are accurately produced.

Trend Research:

Staying up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques to inform design decisions.

Client Interaction:

Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences for custom furniture design.

Experience must have 2 to 3yrs
