design-forward retail and manufacturing space
specializing in custom-made planters and landscaping accessories. We blend craftsmanship with creativity to redefine how green spaces come to life -- in homes, offices, retail, and hospitality spaces. We're now looking for a passionate, experienced Designer Sales Executive to lead our design vision on ground.
Role Overview
As a Designer Sales Executive, you will be in charge of
leading design projects end-to-end
-- from conceptualization to installation. You'll work closely with clients, the internal design and sales team, and the production unit to create landscapes that are elegant, functional, and deeply rooted in Palasa's design sensibility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage design projects across
residential, retail, commercial, and hospitality
segments.
Collaborate with clients
to understand their vision, space, and planting preferences.
Conceptualize planter layouts
, styles, and placements based on site context and aesthetics.
Select and recommend the appropriate
planter materials, sizes, finishes, and plant species
.
Coordinate with in-house
designers, 3D artists, and production team
to develop and approve final designs.
Oversee the
installation process
, ensuring smooth execution and design integrity.
Ensure all designs align with
Palasa's brand identity, sustainability values
, and client expectations.
Stay up-to-date with
industry trends, materials, and innovations
in landscaping and planter design.
Who You Are
A creative problem-solver with strong aesthetic judgement and technical understanding.
Comfortable working in a
collaborative, cross-functional environment
.
Organized, deadline-driven, and able to lead a team through multiple project stages.
Passionate about
plants, planter types, irrigation, and outdoor design
is a plus.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and landscape rendering tools
.
Hands-on experience with
project management and on-site coordination
is a plus.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design abilities.
