Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Cabinet Vision Drafter
to join our millwork team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating accurate shop drawings, CNC-ready files, and detailed production documents using
Cabinet Vision
. This role requires a strong understanding of custom millwork, cabinetry construction methods, materials, and manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate and detailed
shop drawings
, elevations, sections, and 3D renderings using
Cabinet Vision
.
Prepare
cut lists, material lists, hardware lists
, and production-ready CNC files.
Interpret architectural plans, interior designer drawings, and construction documents.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and production teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements and manufacturing standards.
Revise and update drawings as per client feedback, project changes, and site conditions.
Ensure drafting accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with millwork standards.
Maintain project documentation and support the production team throughout fabrication.
Troubleshoot technical issues within Cabinet Vision and optimize files for production efficiency.
Education
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical Drafting, or related technical field (preferred but not mandatory if equivalent experience).
