INTERIOR DESIGNER

:

We are hiring a

CAD Draftsman and 3D Designer

to support our interior design and execution team with accurate technical drawings and realistic 3D visualizations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, creative, and experienced in interior layout planning and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed

2D drawings

including floor plans, elevations, and working drawings using AutoCAD.

Create

3D models

and

realistic renders

for client presentations using software like SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar.

Modify drawings based on client feedback and site conditions.

Coordinate with the design and execution team to ensure accuracy in technical drawings.

Maintain drawing records and version control.

Support the team in preparing presentation boards and concept designs.

Ensure that all drawings follow industry and company standards.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in interior design drafting and 3D visualization.

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

SketchUp

,

V-Ray

,

Lumion

, or

3ds Max

.

Strong knowledge of interior materials, measurements, and detailing.

Ability to read and interpret architectural/interior drawings.

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Good communication skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
