Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented
Designer
with strong skills in interior design and architectural detailing. The role includes concept creation, design development, technical drawings, material selection, and coordination with project, execution, and client teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Concept Development
Develop creative design concepts for interior and architectural projects.
Prepare 3D visuals, and presentation layouts.
Understand client briefs and translate them into functional designs.
Technical Drawings & Documentation
Create detailed Auto CAD drawings, sections, elevations, and shop drawings.
Prepare BON's, material specifications, and execution-ready documents.
Client & Team Coordination
Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and vendors.
Provide design clarifications during execution stages.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.
Strong proficiency in
and MS Office.
Good understanding of materials, joinery, detailing, and lighting.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in retail, commercial, hospitality, or stretch-ceiling projects is an added advantage.
