Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our New Product Development team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As a Designer at Titan, you will be responsible for designing and developing new jewellery collections that align with our brand's vision and aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the New Product Development team to conceptualize and design new jewellery collections
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure our designs are innovative and appealing to our target audience
Create detailed sketches and technical drawings of jewellery designs
Work closely with the production team to ensure that designs are feasible for manufacturing
Participate in product development meetings and provide input on design concepts and ideas
Develop prototypes and make necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback
Ensure that all designs meet quality standards and are in line with the brand's image and values
Keep track of project timelines and meet deadlines for design submissions
Stay updated on new design techniques and technologies to continuously improve our design processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Jewellery Design or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in jewellery design, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and CAD
Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes and materials
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Passion for jewellery and a keen eye for detail
