Role description

Role Proficiency:



Assisting senior designers (Designer III) to create functional and appealing user interfaces applications. Participate in user research assist in rapid prototyping and executing user testing under the guidance of UX Lead



Outcomes:



Assists in developing prototypes and models to use in various products to maximize aesthetic consistency.

Translate the UX design into interaction prototypes and artefacts.

Participate in user research and assist in generating end-user insights

Assists in the collection of client requirements.

Assists converting research findings into actionable results.

Executes user testing remote testing paper prototype testing iterative prototype testing and concept testing.

Makes enhancement recommendations as needed based on end-user insights

Adheres to standards and processes.

Role Summary As a Graphic Designer, you will be the cornerstone of aesthetics and visual excellence for pre-sales engagements. You will act as a visual storyteller, ensuring design precision and creativity across all deliverables. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for typography, colour palettes, illustrations, and style guides, along with a strong understanding of visual principles. Key Responsibilities Apply a robust understanding of the design process and its practical application. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design impactful presentations. Develop original visual creatives and experiment with grids, concepts, and colour schemes. Bring inspired ideas to the table and guide them through to completion with meticulous attention to detail. Work closely with UST teams, including Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Designers, Account Managers, and Executive Leadership. Partner with engineering teams to maintain design integrity throughout development. Align outputs with existing brand guidelines and patterns. Stay updated and experiment with the latest design practices, tools, and techniques. Deliver high-quality work within deadlines while contributing to team projects. Requirements Master's/Bachelor's degree in a design discipline or equivalent experience (2+ years in the design domain). Minimum 2 years of industry experience. An online portfolio showcasing recent projects across multiple platforms (share password if protected or present during the interview). Working knowledge of design methods and techniques. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, PowerPoint, Keynote, etc. Ability to create original artworks, illustrations, and icons. Preferred Skills Strong visual storytelling ability. Passion for typography, illustrations, and style guides. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
