Required Work Experience: 7 Years +Education: Bachelors in Architecture [BARCH]Responsibilities:
Architectural designer / assistant project manager for projects.
Prepare concepts, develop and detail design for projects based on design brief / external and internal discussions.
Maintain knowledge of ongoing projects and take up new projects.
Coordinate through all phases of the project from inception to completion.
Oversee a group of people (team) consisting of architects / draftsman, help train and improve their abilities at various stages of the project.
Prepare, manage workflow / work tasks. Check design / working drawings, specifications prepared by team.
Ensure workflow / work task deliverables as per schedule and maintain exceptional work quality.
Administer and ensure compliance to all quality standards for all processes.
Ensure implementation of all processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide expert knowledge.
Follow organisational policies for design, execution, supervision from inception to handling over a project to client.
Keep a track of all activists related to the project.
To monitor construction work in progress to ensure compliance with specifications.
Thorough knowledge of and compliance with KPA procedures and standard.
Qualities and Skills:
Able to demonstrate ability to undertake the above responsibilities.
Evidence of good design understanding, portfolio is an example.
Ability to use a variety of software, media at all stages of work.
A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and commitment to independent learning.
Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.
Self motivated and able to take responsibility.
