Role Summary

We are looking for a

Communication Designer

to define and create visual communication assets for Setu across multiple formats and channels. You'll leverage AI-first workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage agencies/freelancers to ensure our brand is visually compelling, consistent, and innovative.

Key Responsibilities

Design communication assets across channels: presentations, one-pagers, social media, animations, videos, infographics. Translate complex fintech products into simple, engaging visuals that follow Setu's brand language. Ideate campaign visuals and convert concepts into decks and other communication formats. Lead creative collaboration with agencies and freelancers. Leverage AI tools to prototype, iterate, and scale creative work efficiently.
Ensure brand consistency while exploring new visual directions.

Required Skills & Experience

4-6 years in visual/communication design, brand design, or creative design roles. Expertise across multiple formats: social, decks, motion graphics, video, static graphics. Experience managing agencies/freelancers and working collaboratively with internal teams. Comfortable working with AI-first design tools. Strong storytelling, visual problem-solving, and fintech brand sensibility.
Ability to balance creativity with execution, maintaining high-quality outputs under deadlines.
