We are looking for a creative Designer to develop garment concepts, create tech packs, select fabrics/trims, and support sample development. The role involves researching trends, preparing design sketches/CADs, coordinating with sampling, merchandising, and production teams, and ensuring designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with buyer requirements. The Designer must deliver timely, innovative, and production-ready designs that meet quality and market standards.
KRA - Designer (Garment/Textile Manufacturing)
Develop creative garment designs based on trends and buyer needs.
Prepare accurate tech packs, sketches, and design details.
Select suitable fabrics, trims, colors, and embellishments.
Coordinate with sampling for proto, fit, and PP sample development.
Ensure designs are production-feasible and cost-effective.
Conduct regular trend and market research.
Collaborate with merchandising and production teams for smooth execution.
Ensure timely submission of designs, revisions, and approvals.
