Coordinate with Client, Architect, Consultant for approvals of drawing, Finishes, Makes etc. Guide Junior Designer for Making MTOs and Fabrication details Review and Release MTOs and Fabrication to Project stakeholders. Draft RFIs and get confirmations from client. Submit Compliances whenever required. Keeping Approval Records in project Library and Updating the same as and when required. Requirements: B.E in Mechanical/ Civil Engineering. Minimum 4 years of experience On Fa\xc3\xa7ade Industry and Hands on experience on Semi-Unitized, Unitized Curtain wall, Windows, Cladding work and other Fa\xc3\xa7ade. Value Engineering and Cost cutting for Efficient and Effective delivery of Project. Analytical skills, Communication skills, Problem solving skills, Negotiation Skills, Technical Understanding.
