An Electrical Designer supports the Lead Engineer / Lead Designer on the project and provide necessary support for technical interface with AP project execution teams. The primary purpose is the delivery of a safe, fit for purpose, electrical design to an agreed schedule and construction budget.
- Responsible for producing all electrical design documents for assigned project.
- Providing support to other AP engineering centers as per requirement.
- Generate all electrical design deliverables like SLDs, Layouts (Substation/PDC Equipment arrangement, Cable Tray/Trench/Duct bank, Power, Lighting, Earthing, Hazardous Area classification, Heat Tracing, FA/PA/Telephone) extracting MTOs, and modelling of Electrical facilities.
- Prepare Control Schematics, Interconnection diagrams, Wiring diagrams and provide the support to prepare cable schedules.
- Experience of carrying out Lighting calculation with AP available software.
- Prepare Electrical Panel Fabrication Drawings.
- Prepare As Built Drawings.
