Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer cum Social Media Expert to manage our social media presence and create engaging visual content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing brand-aligned creatives, managing social media accounts, supporting the web dvelopers and driving audience engagement through innovative content strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design engaging creatives for social media posts, ads, reels, stories, and marketing materials.

Manage and grow the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals and campaigns.

Create and edit short videos, reels, and motion graphics.

Stay updated on industry trends, hashtags, and design innovations.

Support paid advertising campaigns with optimized visuals and creatives.

Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships.

Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communication, or related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

Experience managing social media platforms and content creation.

Strong sense of creativity, branding, and attention to detail.

Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Technical Skill Set

Graphic Design & Creative Tools



Adobe Creative Suite

: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (essential)

Video & Motion

: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Animate

Canva / Figma

: for quick social content and collaboration

CorelDRAW

(optional, depending on industry)

Social Media Content Creation



Short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Basic animation, GIFs, and motion graphics

Knowledge of aspect ratios, resolutions, and platform-specific formats

Social Media Platforms & Management



Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube

Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)

Knowledge of platform algorithms, trending formats, and hashtag strategy
