Designer

who can bring creativity, precision, and practical solutions to our projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop interior design concepts and layouts aligned with project requirements. Prepare and review

technical drawings, 2D plans, and 3D visualizations

. Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy. Handle the full design process from

concept to on-site execution

. Ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

Requirements

Minimum

3 years of professional experience

in construction/architectural/interior design. Strong creative aptitude with the ability to conceptualize spaces that are

functional and visually compelling

. Advanced proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D rendering tools (e.g., Lumion)

. Excellent

visualization, design development, and presentation skills

. Expertise in

reading, interpreting, and preparing technical drawings, BOQs, and detailed construction documentation

. Adaptability to

fast-paced environments

and ability to manage multiple projects under

tight timelines

without compromising quality. A keen eye for detail with strong design and problem-solving skills. Team player with excellent communication abilities. Educational Qualification:

Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design
