Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Understand and leverage global macro trends, consumer trends and fashion trends
2. Conceptualise, design and develop across the categories (knits and woven), price
points and channels.
3. Work in specified timelines, manage and deliver accordingly.
4. Work on seasonal concepts, colour story, designs across various sub categories and
price points.
5. Conceptualize and execute the product range that addresses key market
opportunities (across categories, channels) every season.
6. Making Tech packs, Flats, Line sheets, Stylesheets, Prints and Print Repeats, Graphic
artworks on Illustrator, Photoshop CC.
7. Maintaining line sheets, indents, PLM related category specific tasks and updates.
8. Working smoothly with cross functional teams on a regular basis in order to make
sure the design is translated to a garment with precision, as per schedule and
requirement.
9. Making presentations and VLPs as and when required.
10. Arranging of all tools for design fit reviews and collaborating in keeping up with the
design archive for GTM reviews.
