Role Intro: Designer (Artisan) We are seeking a talented and experienced Designer (Artisan) to join our team in Bali. As a Designer (Artisan), you will be responsible for creating handcrafted products, such as jewelry, textiles, and home decor, using traditional Balinese techniques. You will work closely with our creative team to develop new designs and refine existing ones. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for Balinese culture, creativity, and craftsmanship, as well as a keen eye for detail and an ability to produce high-quality work. Job Responsibilities:

• Design and create handcrafted products using traditional Balinese techniques, including but not limited to, weaving, carving, and metalwork
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop new product designs and refine existing ones
• Develop a deep understanding of Balinese culture and STS\'s brand to create products that resonate with customers
• Ensure all handcrafted products meet our high standards for quality and craftsmanship
• Manage inventory and supplies, including sourcing new materials and tracking product stock levels
• Participate in events and shows to showcase and sell handcrafted products
• Continuously research and learn new Balinese techniques and trends in the handcrafted design industry
• Work independently and manage time effectively to meet production deadlines

Requirement:

• Proven experience as a Designer (Artisan), with a portfolio of high-quality handcrafted products
• Proficient in traditional Balinese techniques, including but not limited to, weaving, carving, and metalwork
• Strong creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet production deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with inventory and supply management
• Passion for Balinese culture, creativity, and craftsmanship, with a desire to continuously learn and grow in the handcrafted design industry

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a Designer (Artisan), with a portfolio of high-quality handcrafted products
