: Ansys Simulation (CFD & ANSYS Fluent)

Position:

Ansys Simulation (SOLIDWORKS & ANSYS)

Key Responsibilities:

System Design & Development:

Perform

CFD Analysis

,

stress-strain analysis

, and other mechanical simulations. Perform Ansys Fluent Create and maintain

Bill of Materials (BoM)

and

Bill of Quantities (BoQ)

for designs.

Fabrication & Manufacturing:

Collaborate with fabrication teams for

sheet metal and structural fabrication

processes. Optimize designs for

tolerances

,

nesting

, and efficient manufacturing. Conduct market surveys to source materials and components aligned with project requirements.

Site Visits & Execution:

Travel to project sites within India and internationally for design implementation and execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design integration and on-ground problem-solving.

Key Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

3+ years in mechanical design, with hands-on experience in Ansys Fluent, CFD Analysis.

Skills & Expertise:

Strong knowledge of

metal characteristics

,

structural fabrication

, and

tolerances

. Proficiency in

drafting

,

nesting

, and creating detailed technical documentation. Ability to perform

CFD and stress-strain analyses

in ANSYS Willingness to travel for site execution (Passport is mandatory).
