We are seeking applications for the position of Design/Approval Coordinator (Civil and structures) for RLDA - ADI Missions/Main Duties:

• Review, Coordinating & expediting the design submission0s, approvals and clearances for said disciplines and release timely of drawing submissions. Ensure that there is no delay of work at site due to absence of drawings, details, or any decisions.
• Track and maintain record of changes in design.
• Coordinate design approvals with Employer and EPC
• Contractor, Proof checking consultants.
• Highlight critical issues in design management and address them with discussion with Principal.
• Design Coordinator for quick decisions as per stipulated timeline and contract conditions.
• Assist Principal Design Coordinator.
• Any other work assigns by Principal Design Coordinator (Structures).

Profile/Skills:

• Master in Structures and Graduate in Civil Engineering / Architecture from IIT or NIT.
• Having Expertise in AutoCAD, BIM and other drawing related software.
• Having capability of Drawing Management System
• Overall, 12 Year Experience, 6 Year Experience in Similar capacity and 8-year Experience in eligible projects.
