SALARY/Stipend:10 K per month for 3 months, after that 18 k permonth.

Location: Yelahanka, preferred yelahanka surrounding candidates.

ey Responsibilities:

Assisting in Design and Development:

This includes tasks like creating and refining designs using CAD software, participating in brainstorming sessions, and helping with the development of prototypes.

Conducting Research:

Trainees gather data and information to support design projects, research materials and technologies, and analyze design concepts.

Testing and Evaluation:

They assist in testing product features, conducting experiments, and analyzing results to ensure designs meet quality and performance standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

Preparing technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate design progress and findings.

Collaboration and Communication:

Working with other team members, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure project goals are met and to troubleshoot issues.

Learning and Development:

Participating in training programs, workshops, and on-the-job learning experiences to enhance their engineering skills and knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

A strong understanding of engineering principles, design software (like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.), and relevant industry standards.

Problem-Solving:

The ability to identify and analyze engineering problems, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.

Communication Skills:

The ability to effectively communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing, and collaborate with team members.
