Role Overview:

As a

Design Thinking Intern

, you will be introduced to the principles and methodologies of design thinking to help solve complex problems creatively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, ideate, prototype, and test user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights. Participate in brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops. Help develop personas, customer journey maps, and empathy maps. Support prototyping and usability testing of solutions. Collaborate with design, product, and development teams to iterate on concepts. Document findings, insights, and feedback to inform design decisions. Learn and apply design thinking tools and frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Business, Engineering, or related fields. Passionate about problem-solving and user-centered design. Good communication and collaboration skills. Basic knowledge of design thinking principles and methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) is beneficial but not mandatory. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Willingness to learn and take initiative.
