Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and innovative

Design Thinking Educator

to design and deliver learner-centered experiences that build creativity, problem-solving, collaboration, and empathy. The educator will guide students through the design thinking process--empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test--while fostering a growth mindset and real-world application of skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design and facilitate engaging lessons, workshops, or courses based on design thinking principles Teach human-centered problem-solving using real-world challenges Guide learners through research, ideation, prototyping, and iteration Create inclusive, collaborative learning environments that encourage experimentation Assess student learning using formative and reflective methods Integrate design thinking with existing curricula (STEM, entrepreneurship, social impact, etc.) Mentor learners on teamwork, communication, and presentation skills Collaborate with educators, partners, or industry mentors to enhance learning experiences
Bachelor's degree in Education, Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,567.84 - ₹25,000.00 per month
