We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative

Design Thinking & Innovation Tutor

to conduct

offline sessions for school students (age 10 -17)

across

Delhi and NCR

. The ideal candidate should be skilled at introducing students to the fundamentals of creative problem-solving, product thinking, and innovation using hands-on and student-friendly approaches.

Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging sessions on

design thinking principles

and their practical applications. Introduce the

5 stages of design thinking

- Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test - through interactive activities. Guide students to explore

real-world problems

, brainstorm ideas, and create innovative solutions. Encourage

teamwork, creative confidence, and user-focused thinking

. Use

case studies, storytelling, design challenges, and prototyping exercises

to reinforce concepts. Teach how innovation applies in fields like

education, technology, business, and social impact

. Create a collaborative, hands-on classroom environment where students feel inspired to create and experiment.

Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in Design, Innovation, Education, or a related field.

2-3 years of teaching or facilitation experience

, preferably in design thinking, innovation, or entrepreneurship. Strong understanding of

human-centered design, creative thinking tools, and problem-solving methods

. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage school-age students. Ability to simplify concepts and design age-appropriate activities. Willingness to travel to schools across

Delhi/NCR

for offline sessions. Passion for building

creative, critical thinkers

among young learners.
