Job Description

Lead Design Efforts:

Drive the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality design deliverables.

User Research and Testing:

Conduct user research (practical applicability of design), usability testing (for cutting, plotting, etc.), and gather insights and inform design decisions.

Design Creation:

Develop Design, drawing, schematics and simulations for Project as and when required.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, Project Supervisor, Project Coordinator and other stakeholders to define requirements and ensure smooth implementation of designs.

Leaderhip & Mentorship:

Provide guidance and support to junior designers, fostering their growth and development, leading designing team and taking responsibility of team's action & inactions.

Design Systems:

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency, and communication with all stakeholders of the Project.

Stay Updated:

Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improve design processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:-

Education: B. Arch, B.E, B. Tech. or similar

User-centered design expertise: A deep understanding of user needs, behavior, and design principles (Drawing, Schematic, Sketch, Drafts).

Strong design skills: Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

Collaboration and communication skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly.

Leadership and mentorship skills: Ability to guide and inspire junior designers.

Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to identify user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.

2D, 3D Design, Drawings, Arduino simulation testing, Mechanical drawings & Simulation testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
