Job Responsibilities:Design Responsibilities

Create functional and aesthetic interior designs based on client requirements. Prepare design concepts, layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations. Select materials, finishes, colour schemes, and furniture as per the project theme and budget. Develop BOQ, presentations, and mood boards for client approvals. Coordinate with project, site, and vendor teams to ensure smooth execution of designs. Conduct site visits for measurement, layout planning, and supervision of work progress.

Sales & Client Handling

Meet clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into sales. Present design proposals confidently and explain project scope, pricing, and timelines. Promote company services, product offerings, and design solutions to potential customers. Maintain client communication throughout the project for updates, approvals, and modifications. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management. Prepare quotations, follow up for orders, and close deals effectively.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and space planning. Proficiency in design tools such as

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop

, etc. Good communication, presentation, and client engagement skills. Ability to handle design and sales responsibilities simultaneously. Strong negotiation & convincing skills for client conversions. Time management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Additional Advantages:

Experience in residential/commercial interior projects. Understanding of costing, BOQ preparation, and project execution. Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
