Major Accountabilities:

Good Knowledge of selection and use of all wiring harness components according to properties like material type, temperature class etc. Good knowledge of vehicle architecture/topology Good knowledge of DFMEA Good knowledge of Boundary Diagram and Parameter diagram Good knowledge of various functions of vehicle and intended/unintended electrical and mechanical connections and energy transfers In Depth knowledge of wiring harness design process Good knowledge of wiring harness manufacturing process Good knowledge of Harness assembly/installation process at OEM Good knowledge of DVP&R Good knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) Good knowledge of automotive industry core tools like: Technical Design review and Change management Good knowledge of problem resolving and root cause analysis techniques Basic knowledge of PFMEA Familiar with the electrical and electronic parts of the vehiclePrivacy Notice - Active Candidates: https://www.aptiv.com/privacy-notice-active-candidates
