- ADVITYA DESIGN STUDIO -- SOLOPRENEUR PARTNER ROLE

Experience Required: 2+ Years

Type: Freelance / Solopreneur-based Association

At Advitya Design Studio, professionals collaborate with us as Solopreneur Design Partners in the following roles:

Interior Designers 2D + 3D Designers Design + Sales Partners Telecaller / Client Coordination Partners
- Skills & Requirements :

- For Designers:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion Knowledge of materials, finishes & space planning Ability to prepare working drawings, 3D renders & presentations Understanding of client requirements & site coordination
- For Sales / Telecaller Roles:

Excellent communication & client-handling skills Experience in lead generation, follow-ups or sales coordination
- For All Roles :

Strong work ethics & commitment to timelines Daily login & accountability for tasks
-Projects We Work On :

Residential Interiors -- apartments, villas, bungalows Commercial Spaces -- offices, showrooms, retail outlets Cafes & Restaurants Architectural Planning & Facade Design
- Compensation & Timings :

Avg. billing: ₹400-?1000 / 4-5 hrs (based on experience) Preferred timings: 2-7 PM or 7-11 PM (for freelancers with day jobs) Avg. workload: 12-15 days/month, 2-3 tasks/day Working days: Tuesday-Saturday (weekends/holidays shall be paid additionally)
- Commitment & Meetings :

Daily login & task completion are mandatory Monthly meetups:
Kolkata -- Awfis Technopolis, Sector V

(For Team building & discussions)

- Incentives :

10-15% profit share for successful project referrals or conversions (up to ₹50,000) Applicable for both Sales & Design partners
